The KOCKA Director of Tailgating Affairs is a fancy way of saying the guy who makes sure everything happens.  The DOTA ensures we have a place to tailgate, makes sure the cook is lined up, all the supplies and drinks are purchased, keeps up with all the equipment, manages the sites (website & social media), makes sure the music will be up, makes sure there are games to play, manages all the awards, basically the person who just tries to make the tailgating experience a great time.
