The KOCKA tailgater of the Year is an award bestowed to the tailgater thought did the best job at tailgating consistently all season long.  The KOCKA Director of Tailgating Affairs takes nominations from the members and then takes what he deems the top four candidates and then the membership votes on the winner each week.
